Child Care
There will be a room dedicated to childcare throughout the conference with activities for all ages. Workshops on topics such as gender, race, and the environment are also being organized. If you have any questions or would like to help with childcare, please send us an email at rootsofresistance@gmail.com
Child friendly housing will also be provided. Please register or let us know upon arrival if you would like more information.

Just a reminder that there will be childcare as well as workshops for children at the conference!! I am a special education major with a background in early childhood education. I would like every workshop and activity to be accessible for all ages and abilities. If your child(ren) will be attending, please email me with their age(s) and if there are any special needs or allergies.
There will be many activities and toys available in the childcare room all day. Each day, one workshop will be presented and one movie will be shown.

Movie: The Lorax or Arctic Tale (the children can decide)

Workshop: Gender Roles
Movie: Disney’s Ruby Bridges
